I just discovered the perfect chocolate for snacking! In my February Birchbox, there was a pack of Sweetriot chocolate covered cocoa nibs. I really enjoyed them, and after I finish the pack, I looked online and was shocked to find that it's $20 for a three pack sampler . With shipping costs, it was going to be some really expensive chocolates. However, I was super happy the other day when I found something very similar being sold at Trader's Joe for only $2 per pack. It doesn't taste as good as the Sweetriot one, but it's pretty close, and for a third of the price plus easy access, I'm a happy camper. pleased

I just found out about birchbox in December, and I'm already in love with it. It's a $10/month program where they send you some samples each month. The samples vary a lot, but they're always good brands like Stila, Nars, and Oscar Blandi. The $10 is definitely worth it for sample hoarders like me that love to try out new beauty and skincare products. It would cost so much more to buy the same amount of product that they include, so it's a great deal. My first month was December, and it was great, but January's was spectacular. I took some photos to share.

Box as it arrives:

The founders always include a nice note:

I love their beautiful and careful packaging:

All my samples laid out :)
